Placing a custom order is easy! Simply choose your product, click “Customize”, and upload your design, photo, or logo using our built-in product designer. You can adjust size, placement, and colors before adding it to your cart.
What file types do you accept for custom designs?
We recommend uploading high-resolution PNG or JPEG files for the best print quality.
• Minimum resolution: 300 DPI
• Maximum file size: 50 MB
• Transparent background files work best for clothing and patches.
If you’re unsure, our team reviews every file before production to ensure your final print looks perfect.
What’s the difference between DTF and Sublimation Printing?
DTF Printing (Direct-to-Film)
• Best for: Hoodies, tees, sweatshirts, and dark fabrics
• Produces bright, flexible, durable designs
• Perfect for detailed logos and photographic artwork
Sublimation Printing
• Best for: Light-colored polyester items, patches, mugs, and glass cutting boards
• Ink fuses into the surface for a smooth, fade-resistant finish
• Great for vibrant, full-color graphics and photos

How do I care for my custom apparel or patches?
Apparel Care
• Machine wash cold, inside-out
• Use mild detergent, avoid bleach
• Tumble dry low or hang dry
• Do not iron directly on design
Patch Care
• If iron-on: press gently with a cloth between the patch and iron
• For long-lasting wear, you can also sew around the edges
Can I use my own logo or artwork?
Absolutely! We encourage custom artwork, business logos, team names, and even personal photos. Just make sure your design doesn’t include copyrighted or trademarked images that you don’t own.
If you’re unsure, message us — we’ll review your design and help make any adjustments needed for printing.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes! We offer discounted pricing for bulk and wholesale orders. Whether you’re outfitting a team, launching a merch line, or planning an event, we can help.

📸 1. File Types We Accept
- .PNG (recommended for transparent backgrounds)
- .JPEG / .JPG (best for full-color photos)
- .PDF, .SVG, .AI (vector files for logos or text-based designs)
💡 Tip: PNG or vector files provide the best print results.
📏 2. Image Resolution Requirements
- Minimum resolution: 300 DPI (dots per inch)
- Minimum size: 1500 x 1500 pixels
- Avoid screenshots or images from social media—they’re usually too low-quality for print.
🧠 If your image looks blurry or pixelated on screen, it will print the same way.
🎨 3. Color and Print Quality
- We print in CMYK color mode—RGB colors may look slightly different.
- Neon and metallic colors may not reproduce accurately.
- Always preview your design in our customizer before checkout.

- Keep important details at least 0.25" (6mm) from edges.
- Do not stretch or warp your image—maintain original proportions.

- Screen Printing: 12-piece minimum per design.
- DTF (Direct-to-Film): No minimum required—perfect for small teams or sample runs.
- Sublimation & Promotional Items: Varies by product (usually 1–5 units).
We’ll always help you find the best method for your budget and quantity needs.
We offer flexible pricing depending on your total quantity and product mix. Typical discount tiers include:
- 5–24 items → 10% off
- 25–49 items → 15% off
- 50–99 items → 20% off
- 100+ items → 25% or more (custom quote)

We do our best to match colors, but screens and fabric types can vary. If color accuracy is critical, ask us about proofing options.
