You can easily customize your order by selecting a product, uploading your design, and adjusting colors, text, and placement. Our live preview tool helps you see your design before checkout!
2. What file formats do you accept for custom designs?
We recommend PNG, SVG, PDF, AI, and EPS files for the best print quality. Images should be at least 300 DPI to ensure a clear and professional look.
3. Is there a minimum order quantity?
No! We offer no minimums on most custom items. Whether you need one or one thousand, we’ve got you covered!
4. Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! We offer price breaks on bulk orders, so the more you order, the more you save. Contact us for custom pricing on large orders.
Shipping & Delivery
5. How long does production and shipping take?
Standard production time is 5-7 business days, plus shipping. Expedited options are available at checkout if you need your order faster.
6. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $49. Shipping rates for smaller orders are calculated at checkout.
7. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress.
Design & Quality Assurance
8. Can I see a proof of my design before printing?
Absolutely! Every order goes through a FREE design review to ensure it meets our print quality standards. We’ll contact you if any adjustments are needed.
9. What if my design isn’t high enough quality?
No worries! Use our Image Quality Checker on our site to confirm your design meets our 300 DPI standard. If it’s too low-resolution, we’ll help you fix it!

We stand by our quality. If your order arrives with a defect or printing issue, contact us within 7 days for a free replacement or refund.
