MadeFits Refund & Returns Policy

At MadeFits, every order is custom-made with care. Printed, pressed, or produced uniquely for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final once production begins.

That said, your satisfaction matters to us! We’ll always do our best to make things right if something goes wrong.


 1️⃣ Custom & Personalized Orders

  • All custom and personalized items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged.

  • This includes all custom apparel, patches, bags, and accessories produced to your design specifications.

  • Please review your artwork, text, and color choices carefully before checkout. Once your order has entered production, we cannot make changes.


2️⃣ Eligibility for Returns or Replacements

We will happily replace or refund items that arrive:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Defective in material or print quality

  • Incorrect due to our production error

To be eligible:

  1. Notify us within 7 business days of receiving your order.

  2. Email support@madefits.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the item and packaging

    • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we’ll confirm eligibility and provide next steps.


3️⃣ Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items with customer-provided artwork errors (spelling, layout, resolution issues)

  • Slight color variations due to monitor or printer differences

  • Worn, washed, or altered products

  • Sale or clearance items


4️⃣ Return Shipping

If a return is approved:

  • We’ll cover the cost of shipping for defective or incorrect items.

  • You will receive a prepaid return label or replacement shipment at no cost.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.


5️⃣ Refunds

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

  • Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.


6️⃣ Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before production begins.

  • Once printing or customization has started, the order is final.

  • For urgent cancellations, contact us immediately at support@madefits.com — we’ll confirm if your order can still be stopped.


7️⃣ Bulk & Wholesale Orders

  • Due to the nature of bulk and wholesale production, all orders are final once approved and payment is received.

  • Defective or incorrect items will be replaced at no charge after review.


8️⃣ Image & Print Quality Disclaimer

We print exactly what you upload. Please ensure:

  • Your artwork is at least 300 DPI resolution

  • Colors are in CMYK format

  • You have rights or permission to use the design

We cannot refund for low-quality or copyrighted uploads.
