Welcome to MadeFits! These Terms of Service (“Terms,” “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of www.madefits.com (the “Website”) and all products and services offered by MadeFits (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using our Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.
Overview
MadeFits provides custom-designed apparel, accessories, home decor, and promotional merchandise. Customers can purchase predesigned products or create personalized designs using our online customization tools.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases or submit content through our Website.
By using our site, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
Orders & Custom Products
All custom product orders are made to order based on your submitted designs or instructions.
Please carefully review your design, spelling, and color selection before checkout — we cannot make changes once your order is in production.
Because each product is customized, returns or refunds are only accepted for defective or damaged items (see Section 9).
MadeFits reserves the right to decline or cancel any order that contains images or text violating our content guidelines (see Section 5).
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods listed at checkout.
Taxes, shipping, and handling fees are calculated during checkout.
We reserve the right to update prices and promotions without prior notice.
Design & Content Policy
You are responsible for any content or artwork you upload for customization, including photos, logos, and text.
You agree that you will not upload any content that:
Infringes on trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property
Contains hate speech, explicit material, or offensive imagery
Includes celebrity or branded logos without permission
MadeFits reserves the right to reject or remove any content that violates these rules.
Production & Turnaround
Standard production time for custom orders is typically 3–10 business days, depending on product and volume.
Bulk or wholesale orders may take longer — estimated timelines are provided during the quote process.
Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
MadeFits is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States (and internationally, where available).
Shipping fees are displayed during checkout.
You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped.
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at support@madefits.com within 7 business days for assistance.
Bulk Orders & Quotes
Bulk and wholesale pricing are available for qualifying orders.
Customers must submit accurate details when requesting a quote.
Once a quote is approved and paid, orders cannot be modified.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Because our products are custom-made, we only accept returns or refunds in cases of:
Defective printing or manufacturing errors
Incorrect items sent by mistake
To request a return or replacement:
Contact support@madefits.com within 7 days of delivery
Include clear photos of the defect
We’ll review your claim and respond within 2 business days
Approved replacements will be reprinted and shipped at no extra charge.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including logos, designs, images, and text, is owned by MadeFits or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not use or reproduce our materials without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
MadeFits is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product in question.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
